    I am sorry that you feel that you need to raise this issue on our support forums.

    Having dealt in part with this RMA myself I can confirm that you were notified on Thursday by myself that your item will be shipped for Saturday delivery via email.

    The online RMA tracking had also been updated on Friday with a replacement invoice number which shows the item was due for delivery on Saturday, I appreciate that you received no text messages concerning the delivery, this is still something we are working on implementing.

    I am not sure why the original Batman voucher was returned as we did not request this item as part of the RMA, our customer services team have now sent a replacement voucher to you.

    Thanks. I apologise for my ranty post above.
    I just assumed that because I'd not received an email then the replacement wasn't going to be delivered. I jumped the gun rather than wait until today to see what happened. Sorry.

    The Batman Origins code was taped to the gfx box, so I just returned everything. As you say, it's all sorted now and I am suitably abashed by my outburst.
