RMA sticker received. What next

I am trying to RMA my XFX 7970 black edition. I rang up scan who quickly sent me an email with an RMA sticker. There is no mention of what to do next. If it will get picked up. If i have to send it in at the cost of myself.

What happens next. Can someone from scan please advise me on what to do now.

What normally happens with an RMA. If its fixable, if its not. how long does it normally take.

I run a gaming stream and have viewers to please, who have been great at the moment knowing I cant stream. But Id love to give them some information to average time frame of when i can next go live or upload a video.

Having checked the details, this particular card is no longer sold, as such we may need to return the card to XFX to see if a repair/direct replacement is possible.
