    RMA, no information given and ignoring my emails.

    i have had my GTX 660 ti zotac am edition in an RMA now for over a month and i have only been told that my card is faulty and that it has been sent of to the suppliers every time i try and ask for information on my RMA and when i might be getting my GPU back i don't get a reply, i would like it if someone could help me from scan?

    Hi there Mark. I too am not receiving any information or emails concerning my failed GPU, despite submitting a query a month ago now. Can anyone please help me? My query number is OLQ1150968.

    Please refrain from joining somebody else's post and create your own if you would like us to look into something for you.

    I can confirm you did submit a query almost a month ago, which we replied to the following day, the e-mails were sent to the same e-mail address so I would suggest that have got caught up in your aol spam/junk folder.

    Please check and reply to our earlier e-mailed dated 21/01

    I've checked my emails and spam folder but I cant find any emails from scan. Could I PM you a alternative email address maybe?

    I don't think you will be able to PM due to your low post count.

    I can confirm that the e-mail address we have replied to is exactly the same one that we received the returns request from.

    Ok,

    Our supplier have confirmed they will be crediting us for this card.

    I am just awaiting a copy of the credit note so that I can confirm how much they are crediting.
