OLQ unanswered since 20th march

Just a heads up.

I filed an OLQ @ approximately 01:11 on 20th march and have not received any reply yet.

It was ref a grade A+ refurbished nexus 7 16gb received seemingly drained or dead & unable to startup.

Upon following some online guide http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzBQsMI5AEI of plugging & replugging charger and hanging onto the startup button got it fired up eventually only to find its v4.2.2 with several GB of a previous users data on it.

If you would like the OLQ I can PM it, or else possibly you can find it via order# ref so that you may respond.
