I'm trying to return part of my most recent order under my rights of DSR. Obviously this is required to be done (in so far that I confirm my intention with Scan) within 7 days of delivery. For the order in question that's either tomorrow or Monday depending how you count it.
I've submitted two requests via Returns, unfortunately I didn't keep a note of the first one but the second one was ******. Neither have been acknowledged.
Can someone at Scan please fulfill their obligations under the DSR and let me know the details for sending the product back? Thanks
