Not entirely sure this is the right place sorry if its not, i have this same message over on the other scan forums but i have had no reply in over 20hrs which is frustrating.
I bought a PS4 console on the 25th of march, it was delivered on the 29th of march but i was too busy over the weekend to open the package.
I opened the package yesterday to find that the PS4 console has a crack in the plastic towards the lower left side, its a hair line crack and i almost didn't notice it, the package was obviously miss handled along its route getting to me or this crack was missed during quality checks.
Is it possible to return the console for a replacement ?
