    Angry rma monitor sent as new

    Hi, I received a ASUS PB298Q AH-IPS ultra wide monitor on 29/3/14. On opening the box nothing was sealed and no manufacturers sealing in place. The screws for mounting the monitor to its base were missing. When I checked the box it had a RMA number on it (RMA 329207). I have sent 3 OLQ and have not received a reply. I have obviously been sent an old monitor and want it replaced. I think Scan should arrange to pick it up and send me a new monitor at their expense.

    Sent the monitor back, was received by scan 09.27 7/4/14. RMA tracking page not been updated yet, are there any problems?
