    Second Zotac GTX750ti needing RMA - can I pay extra and change brand?

    Been trying out replacement GTX750ti by Zotac and this one is faulty too with very similar fault to first - i.e. it doesn't work when Nvidia drivers installed. i.e. same fault as your engineer saw on first card.

    I've now lost all faith in Zotac - is it possible to pay a bit more and get a different brand of GTX750ti?

    Hi,

    If the replacement is returned and also confirmed to be faulty I can confirm that you would be able to pay the difference to get an alternative.

    I can see that my colleague was e-mailing you yesterday, if you could please reply to his last e-mail so that we can raise an RMA number.

    Bit annoyed after delays last time (where fault found) that I was simply told replacement on the way this time. Then told today it wasn't. Very bad communication.

    Hi,

    I think there must be some confusion as we have never shipped replacements in advance, we require the defective part(s) to be returned and confirmed faulty before a replacement is shipped.

    You asked had we sent the same card back (from your first return that was confirmed faulty) and we confirmed that it was not the same card but a replacement, I think that is where the confusion has come in...

    If the replacement sent is also faulty and you no longer want a replacement Zotac we would need to get it back, confirm a fault then we can provide an alternative replacement.

    How did you get on testing the replacement Zotac graphics card with the new parts you ordered, is everything working on now or do you still suspect a fault with the replacement card?
