At the end of May my motherboard was sent in to be tested because I suspected that it was faulty. On 10 June I was told no fault was found. Due to the intermittent nature of the fault I asked for the board to be tested again so that multiple restarts were used to help bring out the fault. After asking for that I got no more correspondence. I've just checked the website and found that it has been sent for retest and was received for retest only yesterday.
Could someone please let me know what will be happening once the retest is complete? I'd like the board back at some point.
The last thing I'd like is to register my dissatisfaction at the poor communication received with this RMA. One message when the item was tested and then no reply to my query response and almost a month later updating the RMA status page on the website does not instill any confidence in me. I would expect, at the very least, a response to the query I sent asking for the board to be tested again so that I was aware of what was going on.
