My motherboard has been tested twice, as requested, and has no fault. Unfortunately when Mark helped me last time I missed his message and I responded too late for him to notice. I had hoped that the motherboard would be returned the next week but it has not been.
I've checked the RMA status (334119) on the website and it hasn't been sent according to that. I had made a query relating to this RMA but since it is so old I thought it would be automatically closed and re-opening it might not get support staff attention so I opened a new one. I haven't got a new query number from the new one yet, sent it in yesterday afternoon, but the old query number is OLQ# 1271696.
What I am after is getting the motherboard sent back to the address that I asked it to be sent back to in the beginning of this RMA. Please use the Query system to talk with me because I might miss responses on this forum.
It has been over a week since I last asked for the motherboard to be sent back so I want it back yesterday. Consider this message and the query I sent in as my request for it to be sent back as soon as possible.
