I RMA'd my 7970 Ghz Matrix Platinum edition almost 1 month ago.
I was artifacting with almost everythign I did but had to get them to retest with 3 monitors to find the issue (even though I sent the card with picture evidence).
This is a very very long time to wait for a replacement of an expensive and, what should be, Quality bit of kit instead looking at forums it has given people nothing but issues.
At this point I just want money back and will purchase a different card.
I feel like 1 month is long enough to consider the following clause should take effect:
'The repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time and without causing you significant inconvenience.'
