RMA, no update, 2 months with no graphics card!!!

I have been waiting for an rma'd graphics card for 2 months now.

You haven't responded to any of my online queries over the last several weeks, I'm completely in the dark, and I am utterly sick of being ignored now. Please will you contact me? You said 5 -7 days and it's been more than 7 weeks now. It's a £500 graphics card!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and it comes as a shock because you have previously been good.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorting out my query yesterday. I don't know how your OLQ system is setup, but from my experience this time, I can say it either isn't generally good enough, or it has some specific gaps. Either way it needs to be looked at to make sure either that individual customers aren't missed.

As I said before, you have been great on all my (very many) previous purchases and occasional queries, and your response yesterday was again top notch, so thank you for that.
