    RMA delivery information ignored

    My RMA number 341863 was completed and set for delivery, I woke up this morning to an email stating that it would be delivered today, all good so far.

    Wondering where my stuff is, I found that Scan has completely ignored the updated delivery information I have given them and chosen to delivery it to my old address. How, HOW do you ignore delivery information.

    I have no way of getting to my old address, what can be done?

    I was told that I received an email stating that I could change the delivery address if necessary, may I ask what the subject line or a small chunk of text in the body would be like so I can search my emails, I'm struggling to find it at the moment.

    The email usually starts with:

    Please reply directly to this email:

    "Now an RMA number has been raised it is important that once your item(s) have been tested and confirmed faulty that your replacement item(s) are sent to the correct address. At the moment your replacement is going to be shipped to:"

    But I understand your parcel has now been re-directed to the correct address so the issue should be resolved?
