    Angry Rma 352240

    Hi there


    Have spoken and emailed regarding RMA 352240 / Invoice 0002294336 I Sent it back as per RMA procedure Email on the 26/2/15 you received it 27/2/15 and tested it same day by someone called(Devang) it was deemed faulty by Devang Failed MEMtest but it seems like a delay in a replacement could someone please explain why there is a delay in getting a replacement as this is the 5th working day as specified by "several people that have commented about turn around for RMA's for your company".....

    Hi John,

    There is no delay with this RMA, your item was booked in, tested and confirmed to be faulty on Friday. Our normal turnaround is 3 - 5 working days, today is the 4th working day. A replacement is due to be dispatched and should be with you tomorrow.

    You had spoken to a member of our returns team yesterday via live chat who I can see had already explained all of the above so I am unsure of the need to make a separate post regarding this?

    We are also shipping this to the address you provided at no cost to you despite this item being purchased over the counter, please note that normally item's purchased over the counter would just be returned and replaced immediately when you return them to the store.

    If you require the goods urgently I could only suggest that rather than posting them back to us you return them in store where a replacement will be provided whilst you wait.

    I live on the other side of Wigan and I have no transport apart from the buses (Arriva) which is a nightmare to use and take approximately 1hr to get to scan from where I live I did ask If I could post them to your company and that person said it was fine, So posting them back to me is Payment for my P&P for returning faulty goods.

    Ok so the replacements will be with me tomorrow by what method are they being delivered....
