There is no delay with this RMA, your item was booked in, tested and confirmed to be faulty on Friday. Our normal turnaround is 3 - 5 working days, today is the 4th working day. A replacement is due to be dispatched and should be with you tomorrow.
You had spoken to a member of our returns team yesterday via live chat who I can see had already explained all of the above so I am unsure of the need to make a separate post regarding this?
We are also shipping this to the address you provided at no cost to you despite this item being purchased over the counter, please note that normally item's purchased over the counter would just be returned and replaced immediately when you return them to the store.
If you require the goods urgently I could only suggest that rather than posting them back to us you return them in store where a replacement will be provided whilst you wait.
