made an order over the weekend, still waiting to hear from it

So last Saturday I made an order for a gtx 970 and motherboard. I was aware scan may not update you on the status of your order if you ordered over the weekend, so I wasn't too concerned and waited. Fast forward to Tuesday and I haven't received any notice or anything, so I decided to call them up. The guy told me that everything was fine and I should be receiving my order on Wednesday. Stupidly, I don't realise scan weren't open on Monday due to it being a bank holiday, so I hang up the phone thinking it would resolve itself once I wait a bit more. It is now Thursday, and I haven't gotten anything through email, and nothing has come through the door. I have been checking the order tracker scan has for customers, and it still says scan hasn't verified by order, let alone anything else.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, it got sorted out now. I had to reorder as it didn't go through the first time.
