    New Build stability issues

Hello, I recently purchased some new parts from you last week on Tuesday 9th and I have been having issues with poor performance ranging from high cpu usage on idle to high memory usage both of which comes and goes, I have also have been having low fps in games with an MSI gtx 770 4gb. I have looked around the internet to try and resolve the issues to no avail, this is my last resort to sorting this out. When I put my graphics card in another computer it runs fine. I have put an old AMD HD6850 into this computer which runs well for about 3 hours only to completely freeze and needing to be restarted. The games I have tried so far are battlefield 4, fallout new vegas and brutal legend. I am hesitating to RMA the parts just incase I get charged £60 or more to get all the parts back if there is a fault with one bit of the pc.

If I can't seem to resolve the issue would it be possible to get a refund?

I have attached a link to a screenshot of the spikes in BF4 along with the fps counter in the top right.

    DAV5,

I can see you've not raised any query regarding this, so I've just done this now and assigned it to the technical support team for their attention.

One of them should be in contact shortly.

    Best Regards,
