    Unexpected volumes.

    Hi,

    I ordered a CPU cooler on Sunday, received delay notification after payment was authorised on Monday and no further updates. Just wanted to congratulate Scan as you must be pulling some serious weekend orders to still have not got around to this one
    Jokes aside; the item in question is still showing in stock so I'm guessing that's not the issue?

    Edit: Order cancelled, refunded and placed elsewhere.

    We were closed at the time you placed the order, so the automated system emails you, notifying you of a delay. Our cut off on a Saturday is around 1pm for next day delivery.

    We'd have shipped the order today for delivery tomorrow if it hadn't been cancellled... Just wanted to let you know that this is meant to work this way but orders placed on a Sat night/Sunday will ship Mon for Tues usually.
