I'm having to request on here as i am having no luck with the email system.
Over the last week, i have sent 3 emails to yourselves requesting an update on my RMA that's in progress but as yet to get a response from anyone (have been checking my spam folder).
The RMA is a Mad Catz V7 keyboard that ended having a mind of it's own with the volume+mute controls and with the top panel in general.
Tested the keyboard on 4 PC's with only one with the drivers installed, rest just plugging it in and testing.
Upon returning it to yourselves(at my expense but was ok with that), a fairly quick response of someone there found a fault with the keyboard and emails keeping me up to date on the progress of the RMA up to the point of the one dated 29/07-2015 stating the RMA was complete and replacement/refund was authorized.
And that is where it currently stands with the online order tracking stating awaiting picking+dispatching.
The page for the keyboard originally said 'overdue since July 15' but has since changed to 'Due 1st October'
I've been asking for an update on 4/8/15 and 7/8/15 but nothing.
I also asked that as it is 2 months away that if i could get a credit and get another keyboard with obviously paying the extra but again nothing.
Could i please therefore ask again for an update of what is going on and if indeed i do have to wait the hopefully 2 months for a replacement etc.
