RMA 386578 - Item purchased 7 days ago and posted back on Saturday.

I want to cancel the purchase of this CPU under the DSR rights even if you cannot replicate the issue I was having of freezing / locking up under windows as it was a terrible overclocker and only maxed out at 4.3 GHz (4.35+ would not work regardless of voltage).

If you cannot replace it then I want it refunded and I will buy it from elsewhere instead. I refuse to accept the same CPU back if you cannot replicate my problem as it is a junk overclocker for a 5820k.
