    Thumbs down Third time - not so lucky.

    A few months ago I ordered a Corsair Hydro H90 Refurbished that in less than one month started to produce a scary rattling noise. Knowing that returns can take a bit, I decided to give it another try (I know, stupid me - eh) and ordered a second unit while waiting for the first to go through the process. Now I had to chase up that return, as it sat under "received" for a while, but it came through in the end so that's not why I'm here.

    The second unit began to produce the same rattle, this time after two months. So I went about starting the return process again.

    I really didn't want another of these headaches in my system so during the returns emails I stated that; as it was to be used with the NZXT G10 I was limited to which I could actually use and that the best alternative would be the NZXT X41, which was available cheaper elsewhere (thinking I might prompt a price-match ).... no response. When the "confirm delivery address" email came through I also stated that I would not accept another of the same unit as I believe there to be some flaw, be it with the product itself or the quality control.... again no response.

    So I bought the X41 from the cheaper alternative and the next correspondence from Scan I receive automated emails stating my order (replacement H90) has been placed/etc/etc/despatched! I sent an olq as soon as I noticed this last Friday, to which was replied to today, (after I had already refused delivery of the replacement) stating that I can only have a direct replacement as it's been over 28 days, er bit late love

    Not sure if we are to mention names so I will just say "the nice lady" apologised for the mix up with the emails and that my replacement will be delivered tomorrow, so basically "sorry, tough ****, take your order".

    It's quite the task to do the NZXT G10 GPU kit, but to have to do it three times in as many months! There's no way I'm strapping another one of those Corsair death rattlers to it, I wouldn't even feel right trying to sell it on; knowing full well it might fail in the next couple of weeks/months.

    Can't we work something out here? please?
