I'm just gonna take a stab in the dark here, but I reckon it's probably one of two things:
Stock issues due to COVID19
or
Reduced staff numbers due to COVID19
What is it you've ordered? I'm waiting on an Oculus Rift S but the date keeps changing every couple of days. Driving me wild but I know there's not much anyone can do. Seems to be in massive demand right now, some people are paying up to £550 on ebay for them, while they're £380-£420 to buy new.
EDIT: I've tried my best to get an estimate of when I'll receive it, with the date changing from the 19th of May, to the 17th of June, to the 21st of May in just the last few days, but I think Scan are terrified to offer any kind of estimate due to the current situation.

This is currently normal - Scan, like most places that are able to operate, are doing so with reduced staff.
As a result, order picking and dispatch times are delayed - I've placed a few orders over the last couple of months and it does take a lot longer than normal. It's frustrating, I know, but understandable.
Livechat confirmed it's due to unexpected delays in the supply reaching them.
