Just placed an order - likely to meet delivery date?

Hi,

I have just this second placed an order for LN12295. I know Scan are having a issues with orders are present - which I understand might have a knock on effect on my order. Delivery is slated for Thursday.

Could one of you nice chaps let me know whether my del date is likely to be accurate ? Sooner would be better - my Ext. HDD just failed

The last 2 times ive ordered theyve given a day 3-4 days away...both times it arrived the day before that..so you might get lucky

It's not all bad news matey, I've never had any issues with Scan.

I have never had problems with them. Just from what the guys at Scan have posted on here seems like there might be delays.

if it says your order has been shipped on date X, unless the courier leaves it here it will be with you next day

I know my order has shiipped - ive got the tracking details and it shows on CityLink as out for delivery for today. I have just recieved a delayed order notificiation through email. Whats that about?

I've just found your order and tracked it and got the following ;

17:59 Monday, February 19, 2007 On route to delivery branch
04:27 Tuesday, February 20, 2007 Arrived at Delivery Branch
07:09 Tuesday, February 20, 2007 Goods loaded onto a van

As such, please ignore the delayed notification email as it seems that the gremlin has reared it's ugly head again.

God, CityLink are DUMB!

Called them 3mins ago after seeing that they had apparently "carded" my house. Which is impossible as my mum has been in waiting all day for the parcel. They tried to deliver it at a house with a black door - my house has a white door, and I can't even think of any houses on my street that have black doors!. God knows where he was.

Luckily they are going to deliver it at around 6pm still - so its not so bad
