    Is the credit, store credit or you credit the persons bank account?

    Think he means......do you credit his account with a refund or does he recieve 'store credit' (sort of a coupon worth the value of his item......to spend at Scan)

    Im guessing he wants to return an item for refund or similar.

    basically what ackrite said,

    thought my HD was knackered which i RMA'd, it was ok and got 'credit'... although what type of credit?

    actually it was my MB that was knackered

    This will be a refund back onto the Credit Card the original purchase was made with
