Those idle temps seem a bit high, but not dangerously so. My BFG clocked at 600/1900 idles at 54°C and rises to 78°C at full load. The slowdown threshold is set at 110°C. If you are concerned though you could set the cards fan to run faster all the time.

The Praetorian PAC-T01-E1 I think comes with the top exhaust fan pre-installed?? If not then I highly recommend putting it in.
Also you could re-apply all thermal paste to the heatsinks using artic silver 5 which should decrease the temps more.
