Incorrect - Order are now picked on placement of the order so stock will be allocated, resolving the issue of orders only being picked on the estimated despatch date.

In the case of the Gigabyte board, as PM'd this is a stok discrepancy on our system, this should be resolved by Monday

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say as of the 6th of March stock can now be allocated as orders are placed.

As far as the stock problems, the explanation given to me was fine but what I found personally frustrating was that even after knowing about the stock problems the online site kept on saying that the board was still in stock.

Anyway it's only a motherboard and not the end of the world plus I may well end up placing an order with Scan now knowing the above improvements if the mobo I get from the other supplier isn't a rev3.3

Not really, as the date and time stamp is shown next to the post, ( see link ), showing the date when the new system became live.

Once the stock discrepancy has been resolved the web site will show the items as out of stock. New stock is due on the 14th March.

I'm confused now, in the thread there's a post around Jan time saying these are the plans, then on 06/03/07 saying the plans are now in operation. This is what I read and understood hence my reply.

Good news on the stock discrepancy side - so all in all good news all round.
