Asus P5N32 - SLI Premium missing components??

Hi, I received this motherboard this morning and believe that the audio components are missing. Can someone confirm that the sound module(card) is supplied with the board, and if so did it come in the motherboard box, or was it seperate?? I ask this because i can't imagine Asus not supplying this with a premium board. Also i can get by without the soundcard initially as i have a spare card i can use, but would i have to send the motherboard back completely or would Scan just forward on the missing components??
Unfortunately this is my first order placed with Scan, and other than this (which hopefully is a packing mistake) the whole process was pretty seamless.

    Many thanks,
    Steve.

AFAIK it's not a soundcard, but onboard sound, so check your I/O shieldy back bit and you should have 6 (if it's HD, which I assume it is being a premium asus motherboard) audio jacks .

Thanks for the quick response, but this board has a seperate module which fits in a slot next to the wireless connection on the back of the board. Anyone else??

    Regards,
    Steve.

best i can suggest is to check the manual and see if it refers to the module as Optional if it does then its likely not included in the box.

I have searched around the net a bit and all reviews on this board indicate that it should definately come with the SupremeFX soundcard.
Also on the asus website it lists it under specifications for this board and has nothing suggesting it as optional. Here is what you should have inside the box.

3 SATA cables with molex-to-SATA converters bundled together
    1 IDE cable
    1 floppy disk cable
    1 soft SLI bridges
2 optional fans for the heatpipe system
    Q-Connector Kit
    WiFi-AP Antenna
    Rear USB 2.0 port connector
    Rear IEEE1394a port connector
    SupremeFX PCIe x1 soundcard
    ASUS Array Mic
    Drivers and utilities disc
    Media Launcher digipack
Floppy containing the SATA RAID drivers
    WiFi-AP Solo User Guide
    Full instruction manual

Its listed on Asus's website under the p5n32 sli prem Audio so it seems like it was deffinitely supposed to be in the box, id suggest ringing returns on 0870 755 4747 options 1-2-1 they can treat it as a missing part and ship the module to you.

    Edit, actually:
    http://dlsvr02.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/...n32-sli_pr.pdf

    Acessories:
    I/O shield
    Asus Array mic
Asus WIFI/AP Solo omni directional antenna (Wifi app edition only)
    1 x 3 in 1 Asus Q connector
    1 x Asus SLI bridge

it isnt listed in the manual.

    Edit of the Edit:
Just been into stock to check manually and we dont have any on the shelf for me to check

Just to finish off this thread, I would like to say a big thankyou to Scan for sending on the missing item mentioned above. Arrived yesterday in a padded envelope, so no worries about a missed collection from a City Link courier etc.... Many thanks to all concerned.

    Regards,
    Steve.
