Order Status?

Howdy good folks. I'm hoping someone can give me an update on my order placed nearly 2 weeks ago.

On the day of my depsatch date i was advised an item wasn't in stock and had a lead date of the next day. After filling out a web enquiry i was advised it would be another 2 working days and asked if i wanted to cancel, part ship or wait. I opted to wait.

The stock did arrive on the date (according to the scan site) and so i waited for my order to be shipped. Yesterday, no e mail saying it's been picked or despatched so i called CS. I was advised the item was in stock and the order would be picked for despatch last night with delivery today. Today i contacted CS and was told the reason my order hadn't been shipped was because the item wasn't until stock until yesterday but not to worry it would be picked and despatched today for delivery tomorrow.

Having not received any confirmation e mails to say my order has been picked is getting a bit worrying. Maybe i'm panicking a bit but i really need to get cracking on this system at the weekend and don't fancy hanging around for another week before i can get started.

Can anyone help?

try ringing scan again and CONFIRM that it will be dispatched today
They said my order wil be dispatched today but they have a big back log and cannt gruntee it

I've done that already. About an hour ago to be more precise

Basically, i was told the same thing i was told yesterday "Your order is down for picking and will be picked and sent today".

yes hopefully it will be picked atually let me track mine hang on.....................
Not picking yet anyway.

Hopefully an Scan staff on the forums can check it out. Whats there dispatch time?

Yeah, unfortunately CS lines close at 5.30 so if there's any problems it means rolling on to tomorrow with delivery not until next week.

The add salt to the wound i've just noticed the item that delayed my order as it wasn't in stock is now on today only with a fiver off the price i paid. Makes me wonder if i'd have got my order quicker (and cheaper) if i'd just cancelled it and reordered today.

To say i'm not best pleased is a bit of an understatement.
