RMA Tracking

Just looked on scan website and saw that my rma has'nt been put as recieved yet, but my tracking order from royal mail says it has been delivered today.

So any chance of getting some info on how things are going?

Also i put a letter with my returns and also emailed asking if i could get a replacement for the cpu and credit for the motherboard is this doable if so can you make sure it is done thx.
