    RMA - Getting stupid now

I raised an RMA at the beginning of last week, was sent an RMA number and told that if you do not receive the item by 30th October the RMA would no longer be valid.

I arranged collection for Friday 27th October (giving 3 days notice) as I was off work, So I stayed home all day waiting for CityLink to collect the item, however no one turned up. At about 1720 I received an email from Scan saying that the collection was unable to be arranged for that day, and that I needed to arrange another day. What was the point in sending me an email then? Wouldn't it have been better to send the day before so I didn't waste a day of my annual leave for no reason? Anyway, I replied to the email to arrange another day, Monday the 30th, but yet again no one arrived to collect the item.

When will this get sorted? It's now been nearly 2 weeks since I originally raised an RMA. It's just getting stupid now, I emailed Scan on Tuesday and have had no reply and to be honest I'm getting a bit fed up now.

Can someone from Scan PM me and I'll reply with the RMA number.

    Thanks
