    changing address

i am unable to change the 'cardholders address', when i press proceed nothing happens. i have reinstalled java and it is definetely running but this doesnt fix the problem.

I am no longer at that address and need to change the delivery address and pay with a debit card (it will only let you change it if you use credit card)

Best suggestion for speed is to ring customer services - and they'll change this for you.
