small problem mate i ordered raid edition western digital and got sent out caviar se instead mate so gotta phone up and get the £12 difference back on teh two drives as i cant wait for replacements as my hdd is on the fritz

It's okay mate, it was a pre-christmas order so I received it ages ago. Thanks anyway. I would be happy to give you a list of my complaints to date though for you to pass on to the relevant person

I don't mean to sound like a moaning bugger, and I really could fill a page with the names of all the exceptional staff members who work at Scan, but so many ludicrous things have happened with my orders, I have to wonder if there's someone who works there who deliberately sabotages them
