hi there,
ijust called you guys, and i spoke to a guy then they dumped the phone on me for no reason?, my order was canceled for no reason??? this is very annoying because i am paying £100 for someone to come and fix my computer and now i have to pay him again to fit the hard drive? i ordered it last night, got a few confirmination emails then apparently i cancelled it, someone at the office said i called to cancel the order?
i am pretty disappointed man, after bigging you guys up and the phone gets dumped on me for no reason. i mean i have just spend over £500 with you guys and you someone from scan was so rude for no apparent reason? i mean i though you guys were very friendly until the guy on the phone was rude, didn't really want to help, i called at 05.20 and he sounded like he just wanted to leave. can you check the status of my order please? the Invoice Number: xxx. im just really saddened that after taking my money they guy was pretty rude. i told my friends about my new comptuer and that SCAN was best fo rprices etc. now i guess im gonna have to tell them to buy elsewhere. i mean chris you have been really helpful, but i dont know why the guy in the office was so rude for no reason? the item i wanted was LN18060. is there anyway i can get it with my order scheduled to come on the 1st?
also i cant log into my account, thing is i used my friends bank to pay fo rthe items and i had to change my account name, now im not sure which it, can you please send me my details. im worried about it now,

well i had no funds in my bank and they wouldnt let me use another bank account if it wasnt the same as the name on Scan and i need teh DVD WR asap!!!

Your order would have been cancelled as your order was £ 20.00 Ex VAT with Hexus free carriage. The rules are clear ....

However obviously this should have been explained to you and the option provided to add carriage or extra items to the order and this should have been done in the correct manor.

Please can you confirm the name of the person you spoke to / the dept you called through to.
