ok i come home from holiday get in turn on pc and load up eve hmm cannot connect to server ok mayb extended down time or somin so i load up the eve-online site and it says server not found wat the hell has happeneditsl iek my all time fav game and i cant play it no more please someone tell me this is temporary

Looks pretty alive to me (the website).
Working fine for me, could well be that your router is just randomly blocking it via the in built firewall if you have it switched on. Its happened to me before one day a website works the next moment the router is for some reason blocking the request for data exchange.....A quick reset solves the problem for me. Might be worth looking into...
