RMA replacement just sitting there...

Hey guys,

i RMAed a hard drive over a week ago and it was tested and a fault found. a rplacement was going to be shipped but for some reason it didnt get posted on friday,

then by monday it was out of stock and recieved an email that said i could get an alternative, but i emailed back saying no as it was a lower spec. (this was last tues) i then didnt hear any reply and decided to phone up yesterday as i noticed stock was showing and the guy said that he would get one shipped for my that day to recieve today.

Its still not showing as sent, so was just wondering is there any progress?

Not good news i'm afraid, not only don't we have any stock but our suppliers have confirmed it is discontinued. I'm puzzled as to why the web would have shown in stock as we have not had any of these drives since May.

I can arrange for the item to be exchanged for a more suitable replacement or I can process a refund for you, please advise.
