1 Part Return, 1 Part Cancel...

I recently submitted a claim for an RMA on a faulty hard drive I purchased on Friday 15th June, the RMA query was made on Friday 22nd June, as of this moment (granted it IS early days in the procedure) no action has be taken on the part of Scan, this however, is not my primary concern at the moment.

Details of the hard drive issue can be found here... http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=111171

My primary concern at the moment, is that I placed an order on Saturday 23rd June, I placed a query to cancel this order hoping that this morning, it would have been acknowledged this morning.

Unfortuneately, it hasn't and the order has already been picked up by CityLink for delivery tomorrow.

I was hoping someone could step in and request that the order is cancelled as soon as possible.

I apologise for posting this so late in the day, but I'm a busy man.
