    Question about Scan cases

Haveing a look through the cases listed on the website and I spotted there are a few Scan cases.

Scan 9006-C34 Midi Tower with 550W pPFC PSU Scan code LN17454 £58.69

Scan 8024i Beige Midi-Tower Case with 400W pPFC PSU Scan code LN9118 £28.14

Scan 2013 Black Silver ATX Midi Tower 400W Passive PFC PSU Scan code LN8233 £25.25

Now if I came arcoss these cases normally then I wouldn't trust the PSU's in them esp on the two cheaper ones.

I'm wondering what the makes are these PSU's?
and if we could get some more details on them?

Oh dear the Scan 9006-C34 Midi Tower with 550W pPFC PSU Scan code LN17454 £58.69 is also a colorsit case

    And low and behold

My only hope now is that Scan have got them from colorit without PSU and are going to put something good in instead.

Erm.. they're hardly going to do that on a £25 case, are they?

Now considering thousands of cheap nasty cases and PSU's are sold, and that colors-it are still in business maybe for £25 they are not that bad. I mean, people that spend £25 on a case are not going to have high end equipment in them stressing the PSU anyway.

Well considering it doesn't take that much to stress a cheap PSU, people doing first time builds can often scrimp on one thing to improve something else and a case can often be seen as something to save money as they don't seem that important.

Heck I'm useiing some cheap case, it's black, it holds my bits together, it's got holes for air flow and fans.
The first thing I did was to remove the cheap PSU and considering it actually weighed less than my old Qtec PSU (both the same suppposed 350w) . . .
I never risked it, but I learnt the hard way.
