    Question Still not shipped - Ordered Monday!

    I ordered a Razder ExactMat on Monday, got all my emails up to the point of awaiting to be shipped. It said estimated delivery date of Thursday. Now I appreciate dates are not exact, but how long does it take to ship one mat? I have ordered over £400 worth of goods from you in the last 2 months, I was hoping I might get a bit of priority?

    Can anyone look in to it for me please? Its cost me a fortune in shipping as I am having to upgrade in bits and bobs lol.

    PS If you can hurry up my order, i may just buy Vista off you in a couple of days

    Thats a sizeable amount imo, is that all lol . . I am a regular spender, just as good as a person who buys everthing in one go. I worked in retail for 12 years, you treat your regulars well, they come back. They are more important than a one off customer who may do a big spend in one lump but never come back. Your attitude sucks imo, I was neither rude nor obnoxious, I just stated my case a bit tongue in cheek. You on the other hand were both.

    FYI my entire upgrade cost me nearly £1000 all in, just so happened I did not buy EVERYTHING from scan.

    OK..i couldve worded it better but why does the OP consider themselves important enough to get priority over anyone else?
    Most of us spend hundreds if not thousands at Scan each year aswell.

    Yep you could of done, but yes must of us do spend a lot at scan but I've had it happen to me before and it's annoying when it happens, but the best thing I find is just to phone up and ask them normaly and it's sorted there and then
