    Scan RMA progress

    Hi, I purchased an Asus P5K-Deluxe from Scan on 19 June, mobo arrived a few days later. Unfortunately for me the mobo was DOA. I RMAed the mobo the very next working day 25 June. it has now been 10 days & my new mobo has still not arrived. My RMA is: RMA xxxxxx.

    please can someone help.

    Unfortunately it seems the P5K Deluxe is no longer in stock however we are expecting replacement stock shortly.

    You can either wait for the new stock to arrive or we can process a refund and offer free carriage for a replacement board.

    I take the refund will be for the mobo only and not the shipping charges. When do you expect the mobo to be in stock? Another mobo is not an option it has to be the P5K Deluxe
