I returned two items to scan which were seen to be faulty they arrived on monday (special delivery i had to pay royal mail £18.50 to get there fast) and i got a email on tuesday from scan saying rma had been completed yet i have not had any items returned to me and its not thursday and on the rma tracking link i was given it says nothing has been shipped yet so why the hell has'nt scan shipped my items out to citylink when they are both clearly in stock and should have been sent tuesday.
I think this kind of customer service is what throws customers off returning as i have had two problems with scan now so would anyone like to solve this?
