    Not Pleased At all my scan customer support

    I returned two items to scan which were seen to be faulty they arrived on monday (special delivery i had to pay royal mail £18.50 to get there fast) and i got a email on tuesday from scan saying rma had been completed yet i have not had any items returned to me and its not thursday and on the rma tracking link i was given it says nothing has been shipped yet so why the hell has'nt scan shipped my items out to citylink when they are both clearly in stock and should have been sent tuesday.

    I think this kind of customer service is what throws customers off returning as i have had two problems with scan now so would anyone like to solve this?

    Well nobodies going to be able to do anything about this now till the morning as I'm sure they have a life beyond Scan

    well now im offically discusted with scan as i got a email on tuesday confirming rma had been completed and replacements would be shipped.

    And today i get another email reply from scan queiry saying rma is being processed which is just like wtf?.

    So now im offically discusted after having no pc for 5 days instead of the 2/3 days expected and told i would have had.

    So scan anyone want to get round to sorting this i know you obveously dont consider returns i priority seems as youve already got my money, but id quite like to have my pc back.

    Please PM me your returns number i will take a look into it,

    Again the turnaround for a RMA is normally 3-5 days it can take longer it, it also might not, We do have a reasonable amount of time to test and replace goods.

    well very not greatful, pm'd today telling me that they didnt even ship it friday.

    So rma was completed tuesday and was ready to ship we are now on the next monday and the minimum time i will get it is tommrow so 7 days just to send it to city link good customer service ey?

    Small note replacement has been in stock all week.

    Is 1 day over really worth the moan? If i was sorting the RMA i wouldn't bend over backwards for someone so rude.
    I dont think thats anywhere near as 'discusting' as your attitude towards the Scan fellas.
    Any other company wouldve probably used their whole 28 day (or is it 3 months) allowance so the whine is unfounded i think and you should consider yourself treated rather well.

    well that is the reason that you are unfair as everyone should be treated the same, and tbh im not being rude, im pointing out the bad customer service.

    Now on another small note what does this have to do with you tbh?

    Because you end up making Scan look bad, thus people get thrown off buying their products even though they have excellent customer service so it ends up being a lose/lose situation for both parties, both customer and supplier.
