Hello to any Scan employee who can help,
I am trying to ascertain when my GFX card will be returned to me.
RMA xxxxxx.
I requested that it was sent back to me on last Thursday (after it was tested NFF in the morning)
I phoned up on saturday and was told it still hadn't been sent - but will go on monday for delivery Tuesday. However i've recieved no notification of this.
When I logon "my account" section and follow the RMA links I see an outgoing invoice No xxxxxxx,
but when I click the parcel tracking it just says "Your Invoice Number could not be found" - hence I don't know if its been sent or not ???
It seems strange to me that you can test this card briefly, take my money for the privilege, but then not send it back with the same degree of urgency.
Any update will be greqtly appreciated, but it is now critical I get the card back ASAP as XFX are arranging to collect this card to test.
