    Exclamation Order problems!

    Hi Scan customer service team,

    I placed an order with you last week, and thankfully this time eveything was in stock. The order is now with City Link. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 5th July, but they failed to deliver. Apparently they tried to deliver on Friday. I was in all day on both days waiting for the delivery, but no knock on the door and no "we came to deliver...." card on both occasions. I had to phone and rearranged redelivery for Monday 9th July. Waited again. Nothing again! Phoned again and rearranged for today (Tuesday).

    I have just spoken to them again to double check if it will be delivered today. They have now told me that it will not, and that they are actually waiting for your consent for it to be redelivered?! I would appreciate it if someone could look into this as this will be my fourth wasted day waiting for this order .
