Today Only Suggestions - Scan phone call - excellent service

I have just had a call from Scan because I asked for Corsair Ram to be put on the Today only section of the website. this is the second time I have emailed for something to appear and the second time I have had a phone call from Scan.

First time I asked for the 8800GTX
Second time I asked for the Ram

I think the guy was called Jay? Not too sure, but he calls up and lets you know it is on offer, explains your saving etc too.

Just a shame I had already ordered the item, both times he called... at the cheaper price of course though.

I think that is a great addition to the excellent service you guys provide well done!

Next time, could you maybe take more than £2 off the Ram in the today only section though

I have my first order with Scan in at the moment, courtesy of a Today Only offer. We'll see how it goes, but I'm hoping I'll be impressed with the service. I'd rather support a company that genuinely cares about it's customers than the faceless likes of Misco etc.

Oh, and the free delivery to Hexus members is a really nice touch too
