    Returns e-mail problem/change of address

I have been trying to send scan returns an e-mail saying that the address on my account when the RMA was issued is outdated and it should be sent to another one. I have been trying since yesterday but I get this:

    postmaster@scan.co.uk Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

    ....everytime I try to.

Does anyone know why this happens and could someone from scan see if they can fix the RMA details (rma no. 163086)

blank out your RMA number and PM it when requested. You would be quicker calling customer services... would only take 2 mins.
