Replacement Door for an Antec P180

A clumsy friend has (literally, but accidentally) kicked the door off my Antec P180 Case.

Fortunately for my friend, the main case is fine and there wasn't any disk activity at the time. However, the top "lug" that holds the door-hinge in place has snapped off

Is it possible to get a replacement door for an Antec P180 (original series, black)? Would I be best contacting Antec UK directly?

    Thanks,

    Mark.

Yep - it's best to contact Antec directly.

I broke the tabs from the side panel and was sent one free of charge.

Antec customer service is pretty first rate, although a little on the slow side.

I broke one of the clips on the side panel of my 3 year old 3000 SLK. I posted a technical query with them asking where I could buy a replacement. After having to prove ownership (digital photo as I no longer had the receipt), they sent me a replacement from their European base in Holland.

It took a few weeks, but they were willing to send me a FOC part even though it was my own fault, was quite some time since I'd bought the case and had no receipt!

I'd explained to them that I'd bought it from KustomPCs over the counter (as opposed to over the net) and that I'd lost the receipt.

Re: Replacement Door for an Antec P180

Just though I'd let you guys know that Antec have got back to me (within 24 hours!) after I finally got round to emailing them - holidays and work got in the way.

As you predicted, they want a copy of the sales invoice; I've emailed them my details and a PDF copy of the invoice, so I should get the replacement part in due course.

Thanks again for your help - my P180 will once again be restored to it's monolithic, yet strangely slient, glory!

Don't be surprised if it takes a couple of weeks to arrive - they are based in Holland and use regular mail, but it will come eventually.

Yeah, Antec do seem to deliver their word, shame postage of the item is always first class, hence the delay.

I'm pretty sure my side panel came within a week.
