Can I Swap A Graphics Card I Just Bought

Just bought an AGP graphics card and was wondering if I could swap it for a PCI-Epress card as my motherboard doesn't support AGP. Silly Me. Is this possible?

As your board doesnt support AGP I assume the card is unused and as supplied? If so you will be refunded for the AGP card but you will have to pay the return costs.

    See Part II (c): http://www.scan.co.uk/Terms.ASP

If you broke any tags to open the box or the any bags inside the box you might have a problem getting a full refund. Scan would not be able to sell such a card at full price if any seals etc have been broken. Maybe you will recieve a refund minus a restocking fee ?

Give the RMA department a call. It is faster than doing it online. I just arranged a RMA for a hard drive. RMA dept are very good and quick. It is all arranged for tomorrow.

If the card and packaging’s in the same condition as sold and your also within 7 days from purchase then its not a problem.

You will receive a full refund minus the carriage costs.

    Best Regards
