Hi
I've recently sent a faulty Motherboard back to you guys. Royal Mail's site show's you signed for it on Monday, but as yet the RMA status has not been updated to indicate you have received it. Is it possible to get some confirmation that you have indeed received it?
Also, i asked for a replacement if the board was found to be faulty, as the board is not sold any longer is it possible to exchange it for an equivalent board? I would have to pay around £20 more.
RMA number available on request
Thanks, Martyn
***UPDATE***
I'm a little confused?
The board was a Asus P5B Deluxe i965 s775, which is what was confirmed in the original RMA. That's what i've sent back... I've checked the invoice and that's the same.
The LN number of the board was 15170 (you no longer sell it)
For some reason, i believe you think i've sent back a board sold to this f8 solutions ltd?
HELP!!!
