I needed a new monitor urgently as the old one has packed up. I ordered one yesterday over the phone and SCAN delivered it today morning which is great but it seems you have sent me a used / customer return!
Now I have to wait till it is picked up, returned to you and checked by you till you refund or replace the monitor. I will have no monitor till then!
The monitor is quite badly scratched on the back. So are the screws and it looks like they have been removed and used to wall mount the monitor at some point. The monitor will not sit straight on the base and tilts foward considerably. The base it fitted correctly.
I will now waste another day waiting for collection and delivery of a new monitor.
Also the delivery was meant to be two packages. The driver didnt have the second package so that is missing too.

I have just seen this post. http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=112779 That will help solve the tilting issue. Now just have to decide whether it is worth wasting two days sending back and getting a new one seeing as this monitor is a used / returned one and scratched.
