    Some Positive Feedback

    I would like to say how pleased I was with my visit to Scan today, my first since I bought Vista Ultimate at launch. I used to dread having to come to your store because of the huge queues and then having to wait ages for my items to be picked, but I despise City Link so it was the lesser of two evils really. I came yesterday for one of the 22" LG lcd's and walked straight in to being served and then only had to wait 5 minutes for my order. This was at 2 oclock when I thought it would have been really busy too, and after a half past 5 drive to London and back

    So I would just like to say that whatever improvements you've done down there they sure seem to have worked, because in my 9 years of shopping at your store I've never been "in and out" so quick! Keep up the good work chaps!
