Apparently I have beeen told to contact Daewoo on 0870 whatever, this monitor was despatched on the 13/8/07. Scan won't deal with this RMA?

I was wondering the same thing, how long does Scan take to reply to technical enquiries?

Usually the replys are aimed to be with the customer within 48 hours however at the moment the wor load is slightly higher than normal due to holidays and a higher than usual influx of queries therefore it is taking longer than usual to get a response.
If you prefer if you PM me your OLQ number I shall look into it asap for you.

Could somebody from Scan confirm what has to be done with this monitor?
This monitor has been tested faulty by scan, and awaiting replacement for 2 days, the reason for the post, I have just placed an order, maybe you could ship them both together(RMA+Order), makes sense.
