    OLQ Reply times

    What is the current reply times to queries? I am trying to get an RMA for my monitor, 48 hrs and still no reply

    Apparently I have beeen told to contact Daewoo on 0870 whatever, this monitor was despatched on the 13/8/07. Scan won't deal with this RMA?

    Usually the replys are aimed to be with the customer within 48 hours however at the moment the wor load is slightly higher than normal due to holidays and a higher than usual influx of queries therefore it is taking longer than usual to get a response.

    Daewoo may well offer an on-site replacement service which means you tell them whats wrong and they'll send somebody out with a replacement monitor, beats packing it all up and having to post it to Scan.

    This monitor has been tested faulty by scan, and awaiting replacement for 2 days, the reason for the post, I have just placed an order, maybe you could ship them both together(RMA+Order), makes sense.
