    Robson Technology

The only reason for raising it in this forum is that the Scan Tekspek gives some information here http://www.scan.co.uk/tekspek/view.asp?a=70&p=1
The question is whether Scan have any disk drives which support this given that the article says "Disks that contain the cache are slated for release in 2006, but none are available yet, pending OS support."

Hybrid drives are due out soon, and SSD drives are already out there.

Robson is not the same as ReadyBoost

    Re: Robson Technology

I've been reading up on SSD recently.
I'm a semi early adoptor, I had a Raptor a year or so ago and loved it and I can see myself getting a solid state drive but only when the longevity problems have been well and truly conquered.
